Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available only if your item is received damaged, incorrect, or not meeting quality standards. Please inspect your items upon delivery, and notify us of any issues within 24 hours by emailing [email protected] or calling 0467 826 130
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable products that were delivered as ordered, in good condition, and are outside the 24-hour notification period.
Conditions for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
- If applicable, you may be asked to provide photos of any issues with the items.
Authority to Leave and Responsibility
If you won’t be home during delivery, please provide written authorization in your order notes to deliver to an alternate contact. Due to the perishable nature of our products, someone must be available to accept the delivery – we cannot leave the products in a secure location.
